TextureLab is a tool designed to make procedural texture generation fast, simple and free. It is the first in a line of tools dedicated to make the process of making beautiful textures easy and artist-friendly. This project aims to eventually become a worthy competitor to Substance Designer.

TextureLab is Open Source and hosted on Github under the LGPLv3 license. It's currently still under heavy development and is still missing a lot of crucial UX features (such as undo-redo, copy-paste, multiselect, etc). However, it's still usable and has been proven to be able to make high quality textures.
If you have suggestions, ideas and bug reports, I'd love to hear them. I'm open to new ideas as long as they're aligned with the project's goals.
